FACILITY COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR - State of Illinois : Job Details

Serves as the Department of Human Services (DHS) Facility Compliance Director. Plans, administers, and oversees statewide compliance activities for the Department including but not limited to the State Operated Developmental Centers (SODCs) and State Operated Psychiatric Hospitals (SOPHs). Organizes, produces, controls and evaluates staffing methodologies, formulas and strategies for implementing an equalized staffing configuration. Performs statistical analyses of the DHS Compensation Program for all related provisions covered by the Personnel Code Statute, CMS Personnel Rules, and CMS Pay Plan Rules while ensuring compliance with rules and regulations regarding the compensation of DHS employees and compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
