Fernley, NV Order: 1057842 Order Type : Long Term Location: Fernley, NV Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Hours subject to change; overtime may be required) Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing / Facility Operations Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Facility Cleanup & Forklift Operator to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves manual labor, facility cleanup, and forklift operation. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine sweeping and general cleanup throughout the facility.
• Collect and dispose of trash and scrap materials using barrel dumpers and other equipment.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport waste and materials to designated bins.
• Lift and handle scrap materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

Work Environment & PPE

• Work is performed indoors and may involve exposure to industrial equipment and scrap materials.
• Steel-toe boots, long pants, and a shirt are required.
• All other PPE will be provided by the company.
