We're looking for a Facilities Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and takes pride in building the foundation that keeps innovation moving. From keeping CNC machinery in top condition to making sure our build and test spaces run smoothly, you'll be a mission-critical force behind the scenes. This role is made for someone who sweats the details, solves problems before they surface, and brings a proactive, service-driven mindset to everything they touch.
Role Overview
As a Facilities Specialist, you'll work side-by-side with world-class engineers, machinists, and technicians to ensure our HQ and development environments operate flawlessly. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing systems that support high-stakes aircraft development—including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and production-critical equipment.
You'll contribute to a facility where aerospace innovation thrives—and where every fix, upgrade, or preventive task moves us one step closer to supersonic flight.

Compensation
The Base Salary Range for this position is $78,000 - $99,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
