The Role

Facilitates routine repairs and maintenance, including preventive maintenance for the hotel & casino property.

Responsibilities
  • Inspects and operates equipment safely, economically, and legally.
  • Maintains all casino and hotel permits and licenses.
  • Manages engineering staff and keeps records updated.
  • Communicates and implements goals aligned with senior management.
  • Hires, trains, and disciplines shift employees.
  • Supervises facility staff and maintains knowledge of property details.
  • Adheres to policies and upholds the company's mission and values.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Skills in computer use, communication, and technical tasks.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and movement as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of facilities management experience in a casino/hotel setting.
  • Experience in electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.
  • Valid driver's license and clean record.
  • Basic math skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Training

Mandatory compliance training within 30 days of hire, including safety, cybersecurity, responsible gaming, and other courses.

Working Conditions

Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and other activities with specified frequency. Environmental conditions vary, and physical effort is classified as very heavy work.
