Job SummaryBASIC FUNCTIONHCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Facilities Operations team! This position will be responsible for managing and controlling HCSC property management functions at our NASHVILLE TN (500 Great Circle Road) location, including safety. More specifically, you will oversee and lead the efficient operation of HCSC facilities to include vendor management; electrical, mechanical and other trades. You will also carry out various administrative services for assigned facilities and will plan, organize, and direct execution of special projects, events, and requests. By joining our team, you will also be responsible for physical operations, service activities and project coordination.Facilities Operations Employees are required to be in office 5 days per week in order to support the day to day business needs of our operations.Facilities Operations Employees are required to be on call 24/7 and reside within 45 minutes of their main office location in order to effectively respond to after hours emergencies requiring immediate attention

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree AND 3 years' experience in property management, asset management, facilities operations, or administrative real estate OR 7 years' property management, asset management, facilities operations, or administrative real estate experience.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical trades, related to commercial property management.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage in physical activity, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 80 pounds.
  • Facilities Operations Employees are required to be in office 5 days per week in order to support the day to day business needs of our operations.
  • Facilities Operations Employees are required to be on call 24/7 and reside within 45 minutes of their main office location in order to effectively respond to after hours emergencies requiring immediate attention.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • IFMA or BOMA certifications highly desirable.
  • Additional certification as a facility manager (CFM) will be a plus.
  • Master's degree in real estate management.
  • Strong analytical skills; the ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and recommend decisions to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills; Six Sigma and PMP certifications highly desirable.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
