Job DescriptionThe Facilities Project Manager II will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget for projects/portfolios of projects, with minimal supervision that carry medium risk and financial impact. This role will work closely with internal partners while also managing vendors throughout projects/service execution. Projects may involve multiple agencies, provate sector businesses, and special interest groups. This position develops and manages facility projects, both renovation and new construction, to support PSE's facilities-capital program. This individual will be responsible for initiating projects, including internal and external stakeholder commitments, demonstrations of business needs, and project feasibility. Additionally, this role leads project teams to identify time frames, methods for accomplishing projects, and allotments of available resources to various phases of the projects. They work with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles to confirm design requirements, develop contractor statements of work, bid dicuments, and coordinate estmates. This role also conducts field inspections to collect data, verify existing/actual conditions, and monitor conformance with plans/specifications.
The Facilities Maintenance Project Manager II upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities, as well as promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

The pay range for this position is$79,200.00-$131,700.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
