Facilities Operations Director II - Quality Technology Services : Job Details

The Facilities Site Director II will be charged with providing the leadership, tactical execution and business acumen necessary to support the diverse site needs. This leader will have P&L responsibility and accountability for their assigned site(s) as well as own and implement the strategy and associated programs necessary to improve the P&L. They will also be accountable to ensure 100% uptime, customer satisfaction, employee development/retention, and successful management of change as we continually evolve our business strategy to meet the expectations of our customers, employees, and shareholders. This role requires on-site work hours to support a 24 X 7 X 365 data center environment and is not eligible for remote and/or hybrid work.
