Facilities Manager - TAL Healthcare : Job Details

Serve as the liaison between the Fleet and Facilities personnel and other program departments and work closely with Directors, Supervisors, Residential Managers and Office Administrators. With the help of Senior Leadership, prepare and implement strategic long-range plans and forecast for space, operational, maintenance and equipment requirements. Help to develop and manage department goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Request bids for large scale maintenance jobs and in coordination with CFO and CCO, evaluate bid submissions and award. Coordinate and monitor completion of general maintenance work completion and large-scale maintenance jobs completed by licensed and certified contractors/companies. Maintain detailed cost management records and continually review profitability of fleet and facilities. Manage parking permits, Ez-Pass, Gas cards, GPS, and electronic work order system to include routine monitoring of dashboards and ensure prompt resolution to flagged items.
