Uncle Giuseppe's, a gourmet Marketplace with 11 stores in the tri-state area, is seeking a professional Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of kitchen, bakery, meat, deli, pizza, and other specialty equipment. This role involves strategic planning, cost analysis, and efficient sourcing of parts and equipment.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all store facilities
- Track equipment maintenance and order replacements or repairs as needed
- Analyze expenditures for equipment and parts to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Oversee sourcing of equipment replacement parts for quality and cost-effectiveness
- Forecast department resource needs and manage preventative maintenance planning
- Work closely with store management to minimize store disruptions during maintenance
- Utilize facilities-related programs for forecasting, analysis, and project management
- Manage all maintenance requests and preferred vendors
- Conduct regular store equipment inspections and maintenance budget management
- Implement ticketing and fixed asset systems for tracking maintenance requests and store equipment
