Fitzgerald Auto Malls of Maryland, operating out of Gaithersburg, is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities include

• Building HVAC light repairs and filter maintenance
• Parking Lot facility maintenance, including pavement marking
• Minor Plumbing & drain repairs
• General Building repairs
• Maintain workshop area, and storage area in an organized, working condition
• Some snow clearing & salt responsibilities

Job requirements

• At least 1-year experience in a related job or field
• General handyman type skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a general background check and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Physically able to lift approximately 50lbs
• No specific automotive knowledge required

No known allergies to oil, antifreeze, general petroleum-based products, and any generally accepted products used in an automotive repair shop environment
