Facilities Maintenance Manager Library - County of Alachua Florida : Job Details

Minimum Qualifications Associates degree and two years' experience in building maintenance and project management; or any equivalent combination of related training and experience. Must possess a valid State of Florida Driver's license and be insurable by the District's insurance carrier. Must provide own means of transportation. Successful completion of a drug screen and criminal history background investigation is required prior to employment. Evening and weekend work hours may be required. Position Summary This is responsible supervisory and administrative work in the construction and supervisory phases of Alachua County Library District Capital Projects and provides project management and oversight for Alachua County Library District minor, capital, and renovation projects.
