How You'll Make an Impact
Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team to ensure operational excellence
Manage and optimize the annual maintenance budget
Collaborate with Engineering to enhance production line reliability
Define and implement maintenance policies and lifecycle procedures
Drive improvement projects to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Support staffing, training, and development initiatives
Champion a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
5–7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional weekends
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with ERP and workforce systems (e.g., SAP, Kronos)
