Facilities Maintenance- 1st shift - Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation : Job Details

The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, plastering, HVAC servicing, and electrical. Duties and Responsibilities. Operate personnel lifts. Operate forklifts. Perform minor repairs and adaptions of equipment, such as; changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guards. Fabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal and Plexiglas. Build or fabricate labels, devices, etc. to improve quality and production. Use hand and power tools and assist in moving equipment. Plumbing, construction of metal/wood, and. Painting. Minor facility repairs. General rigging. Instruct lawn service contractor. PM of forklifts per schedule. AC system filter change per schedule. Assist HVAC technicians with repairs. Facility preventative maintenance. Adhere to all safety requirements. Practice 5 Ss. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
