Facilities Group Manager - DaVita : Job Details

• Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and project managers
• Oversee Building Envelope, Structural Systems, Due Diligence, and Building and Code Compliance operations
• Manage projects, review technical reports, prepare proposals, and oversee departmental P&L
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support marketing efforts
• Lead marketing and business development in this sector
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with senior staff
• Ensure quality control and manage projects related to building facilities
• Assist in recruiting and maintaining staffing levels

• BS or MS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program preferred
• 8+ years of relevant facilities consulting experience
