Facilities Engineer - RFA Engineering : Job Details

Lead large-scale capital projects from planning through commissioning. Develop engineering solutions to improve plant operations and reduce long-term costs. Create and maintain engineering documentation and CAD drawings. Provide detailed cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications for projects. Manage vendor and contractor activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance. Coordinate with production, process engineering, maintenance, and supply management teams. Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, EHS initiatives, and all applicable regulations. Mentor and support less experienced engineers and technicians. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. 5 years of plant, industrial, or manufacturing engineering experience. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD modeling; Solid Edge and AutoCAD preferred.
