Facilities Engineer - HEXCEL CORPORATION : Job Details

Manage CAPEX projects, which include but not limited to writing, justification, project management and execution. Will Manage the onsite contractors to ensure CAPEX projects are completed safely and on-time. Coordinate and manage equipment and process development to meet current and future plant requirements. Define and implement the next generation of controls and equipment for the key manufacturing processes. Develop future site layouts, expansion, and equipment needed to support business growth. Lead and implement Management of Change (MOC) review projects as required. Manage Future factory initiatives including researching new technology for key plant processes and equipment, creating business cases and implementing new technology. In collaboration with EHS, support the Environmental compliance and HAZMAT program at the Pottsville facility. May lead the maintenance technical team to ensure support of all equipment.
