Role Overview:

Facilities District Manager 2 for Campus accounts, managing Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. The successful candidate will reside in the region, excel at Financial Acumen, Integrated Facilities Operations, and be sales and negotiations minded, with a high-profile executive presence to influence C-Suite clients. Higher Education experience is preferred. The leader will have experience with contract amendments, managing high-profile finances, developing client-partner relationships, understanding daily FM operations, and solving real IFM problems. Extensive Mechanical, Asset, Skilled Trades, and Building Operations experience, along with 7 years as a District Manager in Facilities Management, are required. Relocation assistance is available.

What You Will Do:

  • Understand and influence clients on Facility Management contracts, finances, and operations, solving problems effectively.
  • Lead campuses as an innovative facilities operating expert.
  • Operate with an extensive understanding of contractual processes.
  • Manage challenging client priorities and expectations, influencing contractual agreements.
  • Negotiate and close multi-million-dollar contracts with professionalism and executive presence.

  • Top-level negotiating skills for facility contracts and amendments.
  • The ability to educate and redirect clients to highlight contract value.

Position Summary:

Serve as the primary representative for multiple accounts within a geographic area, overseeing financial performance, client retention, and employee development. Collaborate with clients and leadership to maintain strong business relationships, develop business plans, and manage budgets.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of management experience.
  • 7 years of functional experience in facilities management.
  • Experience with contract amendments, high-profile finances, client relationships, and daily FM operations.
  • Extensive Mechanical, Asset, Skilled Trades, and Building Operations experience.
