Under the guidance of the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Facilities primary purpose is to provide general management, supervision, and professional direction to a comprehensive facilities management organization that provides facilities planning; space administration, construction management; facilities maintenance and repair; renovations; events setup management, custodial, landscape, and other maintenance services to two campuses. It is expected that a successful candidate would: ? Supervise and oversee the maintenance, custodial, and landscaping departments ? Engage and support employees of varied identities, lifestyles, and beliefs ? Create an environment that fosters open discussion with the freedom to express varied point of view ? Manage the administrative operations of the department ?
