Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Ability to install HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and local codes
• Experience with Mini splits, boilers, tankless water heaters, and combi boilers
• Proficient in duct installation and repair (flex and metal)
• Knowledge of flues, line sets, condensate drains, and wiring (low and high voltage)
• Reclaiming refrigerant and adjusting system parameters
• Basic diagnosis of HVAC systems
• EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• High School diploma or equivalent
