This position reports directly to the Boynton Beach Facilities Manager. This role works with various Christ Fellowship staff and volunteers. The Facilities Coordinator acts as the hands-on representative of the Campus Facilities team while supporting the ministries to provide exceptional and well prepared environments on campus.JOB DUTIES:Familiar with work order systems and mobile applications.Proven team motivator, mentor and willing to help in all areas of the team with a positive attitudeHave a working knowledge of all phases of maintenance including electrical, irrigation, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and paintingSafely operate vehicles, tools and equipmentPeriodically inspect and be aware of conditions of buildingsMaintain the building and grounds with custodial support as well as minor repairs and general maintenance.Support and enforce all policies of Christ Fellowship such as OSHA rules, church health and safety regulations and guidelines, etc.Logistically supporting many aspects of campus events (i.e. Crew Hangs, Easter/Christmas, Missions Project)Special projects as assigned by Campus Pastor and Core Director of FacilitiesSupport and enforce all Christ Fellowship policies, OSHA regulationsAssist in response to all emergencies and alarm callsCommit to a life that reflects the Christ Fellowship Core ValuesLead and develop volunteer teams to help meet the high demand of ministry needs at Christ FellowshipAble to stand, sit, reach and lift up to 50 lbs., and able to work outdoors to complete some maintenance tasksEDUCATION:High School DiplomaCERTIFICATION OR LICENSES:Valid FL Driver's LicenseRELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:5+ years of relevant experienceJOB SPECS:Classification: Full-time, Salary, (Non-Exempt) | Must be flexible to work weekday and weekends, day or nightReporting to: Facilities ManagerSeniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Employment type Full-timeJob function Job function Management and ManufacturingIndustries Religious InstitutionsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Christ Fellowship Church by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Facilities Coordinator” roles.
