Southwestern Illinois College is accepting applications for the full-time administrative position Facilities Analyst. POSITION DESCRIPTION In accordance with the Mission and Values of Southwestern Illinois College, this position is responsible for collecting and analyzing data; managing project costs; coordinating maintenance; supporting budget activities; and ensuring compliance and optimal space utilization for the strategic long-term planning of the college. This position requires the maintenance of data at a high-level of accuracy as well as field-verifying college space on all campus locations. QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to effectively perform the essential job duties and responsibilities. Bachelor's degree preferred. Requires a valid driver's license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with AutoCAD, Brightly, and Peoplesoft preferred. May work nights, weekends, on holidays and is subject to shift work. May be on call 24/7. May be required to climb several flights of stairs. Must pass a criminal background check prior to hire. Direct procurement experience required; experience in an educational environment preferred. STARTING PAY AND HOURS Salary Grade 3 on the Administrative Pay Scale, ranging from $52,150 to $65,200.
