A well-established private practice located in the south is seeking a general neurosurgeon with a spine focus to join their collegial group. Walk into existing volume in this very busy practice known for their excellence and efficiency. The new neurosurgeon can expect 200 cases in his or her first year, and outstanding mentorship will be happily provided by the three experienced neurosurgeons. The senior partner is no longer operating, and this has created a need to recruit.

The Practice Environment:

  • The partners and staff share a core value for serving everyone in the community and providing excellent care.
  • Referrals are rotated to the group, and the catchment area is over 500,000.
  • The practice is incredibly efficient, and many cases are seen at the surgical hospital, a physician-owned 24-bed surgical hospital.
  • The new person will be able to buy into the surgery center, which will offer ancillary income opportunity.
  • A strong mid-level team is employed by the practice, and they take first call, assist in surgery, and see patients in the clinic.
  • The neurosurgeons only go in for call when they must operate.

    The hospital will sponsor a competitive income guarantee for the new person, and partnership track is one year, with no buy-in to the practice.
