• We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at our Freehold location. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery and other fabrication tools, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery including turret press, laser cutters, and press brake per blueprints and specifications
• Perform metal fabrication tasks such as machining, tapping, countersinking, grinding, and spot welding
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance standards
• Inspect equipment setups, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot basic issues
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

Shift/Hours:

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday (specific hours may vary)

Job Requirements

• Direct metal forming experience on hydraulic press brakes
• Previous experience in fabrication or a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment
• Basic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety and environmental guidelines
