Fabrication Support (Paint) - 2nd Shift - Illinois Tool Works : Job Details

BASIC DESCRIPTION:Miller Electric is seeking a 1st Shift Fabrication Support to join the Components Division team. The successful candidate will support manufacturing operations while ensuring product quality and efficiency. This fast-paced, quality-focused role includes responsibilities such as loading/unloading parts from the paint line, hanging hooks, PEM nut/weld nut installation, manual material movement, running gear, and other support tasks throughout the shift. We are looking for an individual who will demonstrate a safety-first mentality, regularly practice effective communication within a team environment, and have an interest in moving towards a Fabricator role. Individuals interested in advancing to a Fabricator role may have the opportunity to participate in the Internal Fabrication Training Program.
