• Supervision and Training: Oversee and train fabrication personnel to ensure high-quality manufacturing and adherence to safety standards
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures for all equipment, parts orders, and work orders
• Productivity Management: Supervise manufacturing activities to achieve optimum productivity and accuracy
• Problem-Solving: Actively participate in problem-solving teams to address manufacturing issues and improve processes
• Scheduling: Manage job, work order, and parts order scheduling to ensure timely production
• Safety: Maintain a safe workplace and foster a culture of attention to health and safety
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Interface with other departments such as engineering, purchasing, processing, shipping, and sales

QualificationsQualifications and Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical drawings, blueprints, welding, and fabrication techniques
• Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
• Experience: Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in metal fabrication
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
