Fabrication 1 VB (Day Shift) - Simmons Prepared Foods : Job Details

Maintains all welding and fabrication equipment and supplies. Builds, creates and designs equipment throughout the entire facility based on orders received. Uses welding and other fabrication equipment to fabricate equipment as needed. Maintains any testing requirements as set forth by your supervisor or company; keeps up to date any training that will be needed for this position. Possesses knowledge of and utilizes Simmons Hot Works Program as needed. Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure B. E. S. T practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings. As a member of the Team, fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues; e.g., direction, annual plan, budget, policy changes, etc. Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the ...Fabrication, Shift, Manufacturing, Equipment
