Your Role:As our F&I Manager, you will:

• Provide stellar customer service while presenting finance and protection products
• Partner with lenders to secure approvals
• Ensure all deals are compliant and meticulously documented
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless and rewarding buying experience

What You Bring:

• 2–3 years of proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager
• Experience with CDK and Darwin (preferred)
• Strong process discipline and unwavering integrity
• Results-driven mindset with a history of high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
• Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and adept at navigating dealership systems
