Keys to Success in this Role:College Degree in hospitality or equivalent preferred, ABC Certified. Five (5) or more years of restaurant management experience, multi-outlet experience a plus. Must have working knowledge of food and beverages including spirits/beer/wine. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Must have computer literacy; knowledge of POS systems, and cash handling. Participative management style and strong leadership skills are required.
