Overview

EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution - Supply Chain practice offers opportunities across complex global transactions and supply chain transformations. As a Director, you will work with leading supply chain organizations on the full transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution) of complex integrations and divestitures, helping clients solve supply chain problems and transform performance and resiliency across plan, source, make, and deliver/return functions.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Director with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice, you'll have the opportunity to work with innovative supply chain organizations worldwide and across the entire transaction lifecycle of complex integrations and divestitures. You will help clients solve complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions that transform the supply chain and improve performance and resiliency.

  • Develop and implement strategies across supply chain functions (plan, source, make, deliver/return) to drive value for clients.
  • Lead and manage engagements in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives and support a great work environment for the team.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field with 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 3 years of related work experience.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Significant management consulting experience.
  • Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Experience leading and managing in complex business environments and the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary.
Nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

  • Base salary range: $205,000 to $235,000, with Total Rewards including medical/dental coverage, pension/401(k), and paid time off.
