They monitor the process, ensure product quality, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup and Operation:

Setting up extrusion machines, adjusting settings like extruder RPM, zone temperature, and line speed, and ensuring proper material flow.

• Monitoring and Quality Control:

Observing the extrusion process, checking film quality (thickness, width, etc.), and identifying any defects or non-conformities.

• Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving issues with the extrusion process, such as machine malfunctions or material problems.

• Material Handling:

Ensuring the correct materials are available, staging them for production, and preparing scrap for reuse.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of production data, machine settings, and quality checks.

• Safety and Cleanliness:

Following safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to all relevant regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of polymer processing, machine operation, and the blown film extrusion process.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and maintain machinery, make adjustments, and perform minor repairs.
