OverviewStarting Pay: $20.89/hourAvailable Shift: 12-Hour Nights (2-2-3 schedule)Shift Information: After the training period (4-5 weeks) on the 8-Hour Day Shift (M-F, 7 AM - 3:30 PM), this position will transition to the night shift (7 PM - 7 AM)ResponsibilitiesThe Extrusion Operator is involved in all aspects of manufacturing monofilament. The Extrusion Operator follows a specified step progression program starting with the handling, inspection and packing of finished products and the disposal of scrap generated during a production run. They also provide machine monitoring within the scope of specified duties, 5S the work space, perform quality testing, basic maintenance, housekeeping, and troubleshooting. Operators progress to being involved in preparing machines for start-up, running machines, and shutting down machines.
