Day in, Day out:
- Maintain assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
- Take direction from peers and superiors.
- Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and comply with the department's dress code.
- Ensure and follow safety, cleanliness, and sanitation programs for the restaurant, team members, and guests.
- Consistently execute Company policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in a team environment that promotes financial and culinary success.
- Actively participate in all restaurant-related meetings and training sessions; apply learned skills on-the-job.
- Able to clean all kitchen equipment and tools not limited to just one station.
- Clean all areas related to your job including but not limited to floors, counters, equipment, sinks, and drains to ensure that the kitchen area is neat, organized, and sanitized.
- Cooperates and interacts with colleagues in a positive, respectful manner and with a team approach, offering to assist as needed to ensure a positive customer outcome.
- Reports to work on time in a clean, proper uniform with a positive attitude and as assigned per the schedule on a regular, consistent basis.
- Assist and performs all duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for prolonged periods
- Able to read and follow written English instructions
- Able to regularly twist, turn, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, crawl, lift and carry
- supplies and equipment weighing up to 55 pounds using appropriate techniques and tools
- Able to safely navigate the tasting room and snack bar areas, including crowded spaces
- Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise and occasionally slippery floors
- Able to comply with and enforce all health, safety, and personal hygiene policies and standards
