Job title:External Relations and Regulatory Strategy VPLocation:United States (Remote)TGRC is currently looking for a talented External Relations and Regulatory Strategy VP to join the renewable energy industry in the US.Our client is an innovative firm integrating hardware and SaaS solutions to revolutionize the landscape of greenhouse gas (GHG) monitoring for industrial emitters through an economically viable continuous monitoring approach. Their cutting-edge technology empowers industries to seamlessly monitor and optimize their emissions, fostering environmental sustainability and ensuring regulatory compliance.As the External Relations and Regulatory Strategy VP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and championing policies that drive environmental sustainability within high-emitting industries. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will play a crucial role within the leadership team.Responsibilities:Stay current on global environmental regulations, specifically methane-related policies, and actively advocate for sensible and effective regulatory frameworks.Navigate and secure regulatory approvals for cutting-edge technology solutions at both state and federal levels.Act as an internal resource, offering guidance to the executive team and other departments on current and upcoming regulatory changes.Craft and deliver policy commentary on emissions regulations, offering informed perspectives on industry compliance and sustainable practices.Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and environmental advocacy groups.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging with regulatory developments, aiding in crafting compelling narratives for the companys solutions.Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and webinars, delivering persuasive presentations on the advantages of continuous emissions monitoring in meeting and exceeding regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
