We are hiring immediately and offering the following:* Pay: Starting at $26.00 hourly* Shift: Full-time, Day shift Monday through Friday* Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay and Paid Holidays, 401k with Employer Match* Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employmentPosition Summary:Operates non-commercial license required vehicle to efficiently deliver the right products to customer accounts, in a professional, safe and timely manner.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:* Efficiently deliver the right products to customer accounts, in a professional, safe and timely manner.* Operate all equipment in a safe, responsible and professional manner.* Rotate delivered products in a customer's place of business to ensure product freshness.* Accurate collection of company assets to include payments, empty kegs, carts, pallets, etc.* Other projects or duties as assigned.Required Skills and Experience:* Must be at least 21 years of age.* Must have at least 1 year of employed driving experience.* Valid Drivers license.* Maintain an acceptable driving record Driving record within MVR policy guidelines.* Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 170 lbs. when handling keg products.* Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, ability to write simple correspondence.* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.* Ability to effectively communicate with the shift supervisor, co-workers and other departments on work-related issues in a timely manner* This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.Preferred Skills and Experience:* High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).* Beverage delivery experience.* Customer Service experience.QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:* Must be at least 21 years old* 0 to 1 plus years of Class A driving experience* Valid Driver's license* Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 poundsPreferred Education and Experience:* High School Diploma or General Education DegreeEssential Information for Our EmployeesAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
