Export Broker Analyst - Staples : Job Details

Coordinate and manage end-to-end export processes, including order fulfillment, documentation, carrier booking, and shipment tracking. Ensure full compliance with U.S. and international export laws and trade regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR, USMCA). Interpret and communicate foreign customs regulations and procedures to internal stakeholders and customers. Prepare and review critical documentation such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, export declarations, and certificates of origin. Work closely with third-party vendors, including freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Serve as the go-to contact for resolving issues related to international shipments, customs holds, and compliance alerts. Partner with teams across Sales, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Legal to align export activities with business objectives.
