• Architect and lead the development of secure, robust, and scalable technical solutions
• Develop and test WebApi and WCF services that deliver business logic and interact with various data storage technologies
• Write and maintain unit and functional tests for all code developed
• Author SQL Server database schemas and stored procedures, ensuring data integrity and performance
• Act as rotating scrum master, facilitating team progress and adherence to agile practices

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with C# and .NET technologies
• At least 3 years of experience with .NET WebApi, WCF, REST, and relational database development
• Proven leadership experience in agile teams, enabling the delivery of secure and scalable solutions
• Familiarity with cloud development (AWS, Azure) and messaging systems (AWS SQS, ActiveMQ)

• Experience with document storage technologies (AWS S3, MongoDB)
• Knowledge of architecture patterns such as caching, type-ahead, and retry policies
• Background in version control and continuous integration practices
• Demonstrated ability to advocate for the right tools and best coding practices
