Job Description :
In this role, you will provide reliable technical software support for enterprise quality management software to internal and external customers at an L2/L3 level. You will provide professional coverage of the Technical Software Support Helpdesk. You will support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. You will drive timely issue identification, investigation, resolution, replication of technical issues, and root cause analysis. You will build internal relationships with product management and R&D to expedite complicated cases. You will develop a broad understanding of customer needs. You will support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools. You will help develop Technical Software Support processes. You will ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication. You will address systemic coordination issues. YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ Years of experience in a customer facing environment and role
  • Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with other departments and teams.
  • Ongoing technical acumen (on top of updated certificates etc.)
