Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr

RealREPP is a full-service recruiting firm and we are looking to hire Experienced Recruiter(s) to our collaborative Orange County, CA team. We're looking for dynamic, motivated, friendly and customer service centric professionals who work well independently and within a teamwork oriented setting. We offer a base salary draw + lucrative commission structure + incentives, unlimited vacation, hybrid remote & remote working options, provide laptops + dual monitor set up! A minimum of 3-years experience recruiting at agency is required. Using a consultative approach, you will identify, screen, negotiate with and place qualified candidates within our clients' organizations. We are looking for Recruiter(s) who are passionate and motivated to work hard and exceed expectations – your own as well as ours. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and sales-oriented environment. It is also important that you display exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the consultative mindset required to effectively grow and expand client and consultant relationships. Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e., job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)
• Screen and assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, and conducting reference checks
• Obtain and generate leads and set new meetings with prospective clients
• Assist with the management of client accounts by attending/shadowing meetings, sending correspondence, and/or communicating with clients to resolve any issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferred (not required)
• Previous sales experience or an interest in building a sales-oriented career
• 3+ years agency experience
• Professional and goal-oriented demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• High energy
• Ability to show initiative
• Competitive mindset encouraged
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
