Experienced Financial Professional Position Summary: M Financial is partnering with TCS Insurance to hire an Experienced Financial Professional with a client first mindset, for their Champaign, IL office to provide exceptional service to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and businesses. This role requires the ability to develop and acquire long-term relationships with clients through a comprehensive planning approach to address their complex financial and insurance needs. TCS Insurance recently acquired The Downey Group. TCS Insurance, a CA based firm, now has expanded operations in Champaign under the name Downey, a TCS company. The organization is invested in your growth at their firm, where you will be mentored by a veteran sales and support team, have access to tailored coaching and training through M Financial's esteemed two-year Magnet Program, as well as exclusive access to M's proprietary insurance products. This is a salaried role that also includes commissions, this will be a full-time in office role. Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Schedule and attend meetings to understand clients' financial needs and objectives. • Provide professional financial advice and recommend suitable financial and insurance products to clients. • Conduct a thorough analysis of clients' existing portfolios and provide recommendations. • Expand client base through prospecting activities. • Assist clients throughout the claims process. • Work effectively with the office team to support clients' needs. • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on economic indicators and industry trends. • Update and maintain financial databases. • Acquire additional licenses and certifications as required. • Must be willing to pursue professional designations such as CLU; ChFC; CFP; etc. • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records. • Adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements: • 1-5 years' experience in the life insurance industry, client acquisition, and consultative sales experience. • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of working with autonomy, independence, initiative, and tenacious perseverance. • High levels of professional ethics and integrity. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Superb time management skills. • Holds Life and Health License, required • Holds SIE, Series 6 and Series 63, required
