Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and portion control
• Perform food preparation tasks
• Present food creatively
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
• Store food properly
• Adhere to safe food handling practices, procedures, and recipes

Qualifications:

Must-haves:

• At least one year of prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with a focus on scratch cooking
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools
• Previous customer service experience

Nice-to-haves:

• Food handlers' certification

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
