What does my day look like as a Behavior Technician (BT)/ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): ABA Technicians work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills. The ABA Technician / Registered Behavior Technician Collects and records data to monitor the progress of a treatment plan and works in collaboration with the clinical supervisor to update the treatment plan as necessary Qualifications Attributes and qualifications needed to be successful in this role: Patience, compassion and the desire to help children with autism achieve their goals Genuine desire to learn about Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy Ability to work independently and collaborate with others High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) preferred Experience working with children Must have valid drivers license, auto insurance, ...Technician, Behavior, Registered, Part Time, Tech, Experience, Healthcare
