Experienced Air Export Logistics Specialist – JFK Airport Area

Alliance Cargo Express, Inc., a well-established Freight Forwarding Company located JFK Airport area, is looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist with a strong background in Air Freight Export.

✅ Job Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating and managing all aspects of air export shipments from booking through final delivery
• Preparing and reviewing export documentation (AWBs, AES filings, etc.)
• Communicating with airlines, overseas agents, and customers to ensure smooth cargo movement
• Ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and U.S. export laws
• Tracking shipments and proactively resolving any delays or issues
• Handling CargoWise operations and updating records accurately
• Providing high-level customer service and problem resolution

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in air freight export operations
• Proficiency in CargoWise is mandatory
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
