This pivotal role supports the universitys research, assessment, and engagement efforts by ensuring the effective use of survey tools across academic and administrative units. As a key member of the User Experience team, this position is central to fostering a data-informed culture by supporting experience data initiatives, facilitating voice of customer programs, and developing analytics dashboards that deliver actionable insights to the university community.
