Job Title: Experience Center Coordinator, West

Axis Communications is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experience Center Coordinator to join our West Business Area Team! In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our Experience Center located in San Jose, CA, ensuring seamless customer and internal meetings while fostering an engaging and professional environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer engagement, event coordination, and hospitality to grow within a leading technology company. The ideal candidate will reside within reasonable driving distance of San Jose, as this is an hourly, office-based role.
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact: Provide friendly and professional reception desk coverage, warmly greeting guests, and ensuring a smooth visitor experience. Initiate invitations to meeting prospects and attendees.Own the guest experience: Manage sign-ins, facilitate seamless flow of meetings and events, and initiate invitations.Keep our space in top shape: Ensure the Experience Center is always presentable, well-stocked, and organized before and after meetings.Collaborate and support teams: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, assisting with lead management, budget reporting, local purchasing, and special projects.Vendor and property coordination: Maintain relationships with local hotels, caterers, and property management to ensure smooth operations.Problem-solving in real-time: Be ready to handle last-minute changes, guest needs, and facility requests with efficiency and a can-do attitude.Additional administrative and event support as needed.Essential Skills:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- 1+ years of reception experience or solid internship experience
- Hospitality or service industry experience a plus
Physical demands:
- Physical Demands: Employee is occasionally required to lift up to 25 lbs.
- The expected travel time for this position is up to 50%.
Estimated Pay Range: $31-$34 / hour
