This client-facing role requires coordinating logistics, resolving order delays, and providing proactive communication to maintain customer satisfaction while balancing competing priorities.Key Responsibilities:Plan and monitor spare part orders from entry through delivery.Ensure purchase orders, work orders, shipment documentation, and export compliance are completed on time.Provide shipment tracking and ETA updates to customer-facing teams.Research and implement process improvements for timely deliveries.Respond to part issues, customer complaints, and escalations.Support additional duties as required.Required Experience:High School diploma or equivalent with a manufacturing background.2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or repair center environment.Nice-to-Have Experience:Prior expeditor or logistics coordination experience.Familiarity with export documentation and compliance standards.Required Skills:Strong customer service and communication skills.Conflict management and issue resolution.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills:Problem-solving in high-pressure environments.Team collaboration and adaptability.Upholding ethics, compliance, and safety standards.Additional Skills:Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.Ability to handle criticism and maintain professionalism.Willingness to work extra hours when necessary.Benefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401(k) Retirement FundAbout the Client:A global leader in gases, technologies, and services for industry and healthcare.
