Benchmark Search is a boutique recruitment and consulting firm specializing in accounting and finance talent. We're looking for a part-time Executive Recruiter (20–25 hours/week) to help us meet increasing demand across the DFW market.

What You'll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for direct hire accounting & finance searches
• Source and engage passive candidates across LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and beyond
• Share market insights on compensation, labor trends, and candidate motivators
• Write clear candidate summaries and position briefs
• Work closely with our founder and team on strategy, pipeline, and priorities

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in direct hire recruiting (agency preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting & finance roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches with minimal oversight
• Excellent sourcing, relationship management, and follow-through skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA or prior public accounting experience is a plus
