Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to become Farmers Insurance agency owners and sales producers. You'll be equipped with multiple recruiting resources and work closely with our leadership team to ensure we bring in individuals who are ready to excel in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and recruit candidates for agency ownership and sales positions.
• Build relationships with prospects, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit.
• Promote the benefits of joining Farmers Insurance and our district's proven success model.
• Collaborate with district leadership to meet and exceed recruiting goals.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring activities.

Qualifications

• Must have, or be willing to obtain, Property & Casualty and Accident, Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Licensing coursework provided at no cost.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving measurable results.
