Responsibilities
Executive Recruiters will manage a full-service recruitment desk and be vital members of a thriving team. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct full life-cycle recruiting, including cold calling, prescreening, resume review, application assessment, and initial interviews.Manage the entire candidate experience, coordinating interviews via phone, video, and in person with Arrow clients.Develop innovative strategies to target active and passive candidates for recruiting and business development.Utilize standard and creative sourcing methods to identify top talent across online platforms.Handle a high volume of candidates on a national level.Build and maintain a network of candidates using advanced systems and technology.Communicate professionally with candidates and colleagues, maintaining confidentiality at all times.Use Arrow's proprietary applicant tracking system.Be a strong team player with leadership qualities.Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business or related fields; Accounting degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience; exceptional entry-level candidates will be considered.
- Highly motivated and results-driven professional.
- Strong team player.
Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 - $500,000
