Our church is a non-denominational multi-site church with four St. Louis-area campuses, gathering each weekend to study the transformative story found in Scripture. We believe church should be a place where believers and skeptics can stand side-by-side to seek truth and ask tough questions. We blend teaching, worship, art, and technology to create services where the message of Jesus can be experienced in practical and life-changing ways.

Executive Producer: This full-time, 40-hour per week position oversees the execution of tech, music, and broadcast details for weekend services and special events at The Crossing. The role involves leading all creative processes related to planning and producing weekend services.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide creative and administrative oversight for weekly planning and execution of weekend services
• Introduce innovative ideas and strategies for creative and production processes, including stage design and technology use
• Bring fresh ideas to music and programming
• Collaborate with teaching pastors to support their vision and message
• Guide site production teams and related groups
• Work with Creative and Communications Teams on weekend and special projects
• Coordinate with the broadcast team for weekend service production
• Partner with the Director of Creative Arts on budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong discernment and interpersonal skills

• Intermediate computer skills
• Humble, flexible, teachable, trustworthy, and authentic
