Executive Peer Advisor Liaison - New Jersey Institute of Technology : Job Details

Current NJIT undergraduate student Minimum of 24 credits earned by the end of the Spring 2024 semester (preferred maximum of 60 credits) Minimum GPA of 2.5 and in Good Standing at NJIT If you drop below 2.5 you may be subject to termination. Must give one year commitment to the position and be a full time student while working as a PAL. Must be available for virtual interviews via Google Meet Able to work 4-6 hours per week each semester. Attend and actively participate in the PA - Ls training session (date TBD) Attend monthly PA - Ls meetings (one with the PA - Ls coordinator and one with the Executive PAL) Knowledge of campus resources (ex: tutoring centers, C-CA - Ps, Dean of Students, etc.) Responsible Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to efficiently use technology Strong interpersonal skills Positive attitude Ability to stay focused Self-motivated Good problem-solving skills Enjoys working with others Willing to provide immediate information/support for ...Advisor, Executive, Peer, Liaison, Education, Business Services
